Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and appointments sometimes must be canceled. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours or more in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice or no notice at all will forfeit their 50% deposit for services booked.

Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we dont hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a no show and will be treated as a missed appointment.
